joa9 Terms and Conditions

The terms used in these Terms and Conditions are defined below. These definitions apply throughout the entire document.

"Platform"

The joa9.cam website, its subdomains, mobile web version and all related digital services.

"User" or "Member"

Any person who has registered on the joa9 platform or is using the services. By registering, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms.

"Wagering Requirement"

"Money" or "Balance"

Funds held in your joa9 account, displayed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT/৳). Real money balance and bonus balance are shown separately.

• You must reside in a legal jurisdiction where online gaming is permitted.
• Each person may open only one account. Multiple accounts are strictly prohibited.

Identity Verification

Before processing a withdrawal or when required for security purposes, joa9 may request the following documents:

• A clear copy of your National ID (NID) or passport.
• A recent utility bill or bank statement as proof of address.

Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your login credentials confidential. If you suspect any unauthorised access, notify our support team immediately. joa9 will never ask for your password or sensitive information through any channel.

Deposits

The following payment methods are accepted for deposits on joa9: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay. The minimum deposit amount across all methods is ৳200. Deposits are generally processed instantly.

Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount across all payment methods is ৳800. Withdrawal requests generally take between 15 minutes and 2 hours to process.

• Withdrawals are processed to verified accounts only.
• The withdrawal method must match the deposit method used.
• Wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• joa9 reserves the right to suspend withdrawals in cases of unusual or suspicious activity.

Welcome Bonus

New members are eligible to receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 15x, meaning you must wager 15 times the total of (deposit + bonus).

General Bonus Terms

• Each promotion applies individually; multiple bonuses cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.
• Winnings earned using bonus funds may be subject to a maximum withdrawal limit — please refer to the details of each offer.
• Certain games may not contribute or may only partially contribute to bonus wagering.
• Any attempt to meet bonus conditions through bonus abuse, arbitrage betting or any other unethical method will result in the bonus and associated winnings being cancelled.

VIP and Cashback Program

joa9's VIP program has five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. Weekly cashback applies at each tier — up to 0.3% at Bronze, 0.6% at Silver, 0.9% at Gold, 1.2% at Platinum and 1.5% at Diamond. Advancement to a higher VIP tier depends on regular activity on the platform.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, joa9 will not be liable for:

• Loss or damage caused by internet connection disruptions or technical problems with your device.
• Software errors from third-party game providers.
• Any financial loss or damage arising from your own actions.
• Consequences of the user's illegal or unauthorised activities.

Termination by joa9

joa9 may close or suspend an account in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Evidence of fraudulent activity is found.
• Failure to provide the required verification documents.
• Due to regulatory or legal requirements.

Upon account termination, legitimate funds (excluding bonuses) will be returned after the completion of any investigation.
